What price range of homes does your team build?
Our custom homes range widely, from $2M and up. The more attainable price points we build start around $600k in the Dallas area, depending on the size and features.
Do you offer customizable floor plans? Can we make changes?
This project has been thoroughly and exhaustively engineered and designed by an award-winning team of professionals. We have 5 plans to choose from, with 2 separate detached plans. The brilliant part of this small niche neighborhood is the thoughtful intention with so many small details. It takes all the fuss out of the home-building process—no need to sit through dozens of planning meetings or go back and forth with contractors and architects. We take many unique needs and preferences from our past clients and have already included them in each of our plans.
How does the purchase contract and offer process work?
Buying a home from Ironside Homes is set up to be step-by-step through the contract purchase agreement. After your pre-construction virtual tour, we prepare a contract and work through the basic terms of the contract and design selections. We use the standard New Construction contract from the Texas Real Estate Commission. If you would like to tour with a real estate agent, please contact us to register.
